The new automatic edge-polisher DYNAMIC FLOTTER was designed for high production and high-quality polishing.
Particulars of this edge-polisher is the positioning system of the abrasives in the middle of the working slabs and it can work, either on the natural stone, or engineered stone.
The robust structure of the machine has an important high, anti-corrosion treatment. In fact, it is protected with several layers of painting application including the epoxy-based galvanizing paint.
The DYNAMIC FLOTTER allows simultaneous carring out automatic machining like: calibration, polishing, beveling and grooving with various tilting degrees.
Every single motor for the spindle is automatically controlled for the entire machining cycle with the possibility to program the length of the edge to be polished.
The conveyor belt runs on cold drawn flat stainless steel bars of 12 mm. thickness. Protection covers and main electrical board are made of stainless sheet metal.
