Double cuts in a single pass

The V-Groove edge polishing machine makes double miter-cuts (45°) in a single pass, this way the two parts perfectly glued together in 90°. The miter-cutting is performed with the polishing side of the working piece on the conveyor belt.

The performances of the machine are guaranteed by:

the adjustment that determines the width is completely motorized and simple;
belt speed, visible on the display;
2 or 4 discs for simultaneous cuts and on a thickness of fews centimeters;
power of the 2 Kw.5.5 motors.
